Located on the South Side of Level adjacent to the US Bank Lobby Bar, the Level Five eXpress is open daily at 8:30a.m. featuring freshly baked breakfast pastries and rolls, as well as fresh fruit, yogurt and steaming hot Peace Coffee. Or, if the mood strikes you, ask the Barista to make you a fresh coffee drink from our Espresso machine. Our Lattes are second to none! As lunch approaches, our chef’s fill the display case with an array of freshly made sandwiches and salads, all prepared under Cue’s strict food preparation guidelines. Our Roast Beef and Turkey are roasted fresh in-house, our chicken is fresh, never frozen, antibiotic free, and cooked daily by our chefs. Our greens are all local as the seasons dictate. Scratch made soup is added to the mix, so those touring the theater complex have the ability to grab a quick soup and sandwich, and head to one of the many nooks and crannies within the building to sit, relax, and eat; or, take your selections outside to Gold Medal park, or the banks of the Mississippi and dine al Fresco. Our bakers take the stage again as well, by adding to their “sweet” touch to the offerings. Assorted cookies, bars, cakes and tortes round out a dazzling array for Guthrie visitors to choose from. |
